The Pass awarded with a Michelin Star!

The Michelin Guide 2012 acolates were anounced on Thursday 6th October and we are delighted that The Pass was awarded its first Michelin star. The Michelin guide is arguably the most revered restaurant guide amongst chefs, restaurant critics and guests alike.

Says Matt Gillan, Head Chef: “I feel truly honoured. To be awarded a Michelin star is a remarkable achievement. I am immensely proud of the team. It just goes to show that hard work does pay off!”
